Sales & returns: what you need to know

At JELIs Candle Shop, we pour our heart into every small-batch, hand-poured candle. Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

If your item arrives damaged, we're here to help. We will replace it at no cost with the same item, provided you supply either:

  • A photo of the damaged product and packaging showing the condition it was received in, or
  • The return of the damaged item (if requested).

Replacements are issued only for the identical product originally purchased. We strive for quality in every candle, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy for these artisanal creations.

Shipping your JELIs candle

Once your JELIs Candle Shop order has been shipped from San Antonio, Texas, delivery times depend on the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers. We kindly ask you to ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout; we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We want your candle to reach you safely and swiftly!
